PMG COO has the strategic mandate to deliver operational excellence and operational leverage for the benefits of our clients, PMG functions and Bank of Singapore stakeholder.
You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank.

Description

  • Design and implement a strategy to efficiently disseminate the vast investment research and product content produced by PMG to Bank of Singapore's ecosystem through digital channels ecosystem: Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, Premium Advisors, DPM, APM, Clients and Product Providers
  • Design channels strategy taking email, internal chat (Symphony), external secure chat, client app (both pre and post-login), Bank's website and social media into consideration.
  • Select the right content for targeted segments to create the maximum impact
  • Own the design of the content sections in the bank's apps, in partnership with product managers
  • Design metrics to measure success
  • Liaise with the content providers and with the marketing and digital distribution responsible colleagues



Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Experience in content marketing within the financial industry.
  • Proven hands-on experience setting up and running a digital distribution channel within a Tech, Fintech environment or a financial institution.
  • Sound understanding and articulation of wealth management/retail business products, processes and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills coupled with computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to prioritise, work well under pressure, work well independently, and be a team player
  • Degree from a reputable university
