Our client is an architect of the private equity direct secondary market, providing liquidity for top performing GPs in the region What the job involves

Joining their ever-expanding Singapore team as an Analyst will involve you in every stage of the deal process. You will shape the investment process from the outset, carrying out in-depth market analysis and research and vital due diligence on all prospective investments.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations on potential transactions
• Prepare materials for investment committees
• Post-acquisition, you'll continue to be involved with the asset through active portfolio management

Who we are looking for

• Excellent financial modelling skills and commercial acumen, developed through exposure to M&A and private equity at a global private equity fund or Global Venture Capital Funds in Singapore
• Strong interest in quantitative & qualitative analysis and detail orientated work
• Demonstrable knowledge of the direct secondaries industry, and the desire to grow your skills within this expanding space
• You must have the right to work in Singapore
• Full proficiency in English and an additional Asian language would be a strong plus
