A global bank with a significant presence in Asia is looking to expand their prime brokerage and prime finance business. The role will cover APAC and have a specific focus on building out the already established platform as well as help to define the future strategy for the business. The jobholder will have the ability to sell the complete suite of solutions and suitable candidates will also have the opportunity to manage the team.
- Deep and regional knowledge of the prime services market in Asia
- Proven sales track record across prime services, in particular fixed income
- Ability to devise and excuse sales and growth strategies locally and regionally
- Strong understand of developing innovative solutions for clients
- Acts as a trusted advisor to the external client base as well as senior stakeholders internally
- Existing team leadership is a plus
- Capable of and confident in challenging the status quo and able to articulate new and innovative ideas
