The Role
As a key brand ambassador, you will be involved in developing new business opportunities and consistently develop work with existing clients. You will contribute to the planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls within the Information Security and Information Technology departments and manage audit engagements. You will assess the effectiveness of controls, risk management, and compliance governance processes. You are enthusiastic about delivering client satisfaction and demonstrating a growing level of industry and product competency and able to convey their value to your clients. You understand the business environment and potential client base for your solution and industry and look for opportunities to interact with and mentor personnel, including participating in the creation and rollout of training and developing skill sets. You are proactive in using real-time supervision during all phases of an engagement to develop our people. Additionally, you have an integral interest in project management and team leadership, and seek for innovative ways to create exceptional development opportunities and techniques for your team to make an impression on clients and communities.
Your Profile
You must possess Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in computer science, information technology, information security and professional audit or information security certification (CISA, CISSP, GIAC, CISM, and/or CRISC). You must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in technology audit, systems engineering, cybersecurity risk controls, or related field. Professional services experience, preferably gained in a Big 4 environment or professional consulting firms is a must. The ideal candidate should possess a robust audit background, specifically in Information Security, IT infrastructure, IT production, UT operations, and Vendor Risk Assessments, or similar domains. They should also demonstrate a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), software-as-a-service (SaaS), DevOps, and virtualization. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, Information Security, and SOX Compliance, complemented by a deep understanding of cybersecurity controls, technology governance, and risk assessments, along with a strong foundation in Agile methodology. Their skill set should encompass audit planning and execution, proficiency in security monitoring (both internal and external), familiarity with cloud technologies and security tools like AWS, Azure, and containers, and competence in using Audit tools like ACL. Moreover, the candidate should exhibit exceptional organizational, leadership, influencing, and client management skills, demonstrating analytical prowess, creative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive "take charge" attitude. They should excel at both independent work and collaboration within diverse team sizes, boasting advanced verbal and written communication capabilities, including the documentation of findings and recommendations. Multi-tasking and overseeing multiple engagements and work streams across various clients should be second nature, and they should feel comfortable working with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients spanning different industries. Additionally, the candidate should have supervisory experience, having led teams comprising consultants, senior consultants, and managers, and should excel in project management and status reporting. Building and nurturing professional networks should be a strength, rounding out their qualifications.
