You will be responsible for offering private market products including direct equity, private credit, real estate, and select private equity funds to clients of the private bank.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Due diligence – evaluate investment managers and investment opportunities
o Product launch – plan and lead marketing events
o Sales – work with relationship managers to present alternative investment opportunities to clients; participate in sales pitches
o Investor relations / Lifecycle management – provide after sales service, including investor updates
o Structuring – collaborate with other product teams, product governance, legal & compliance teams and senior management to prepare feeder fund structure, documentation and marketing materials for client review
You would need to have atleast 10 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully distributing private market products to wealth management clients.
Its imperative to have the drive to be successful, hence the need of a self- starter with an ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. As its Asia coverage, being able to communicate in Mandarin will help the candidature.
