ERP Lead, Systems Delivery
  • Spearhead the end to end implementation of ERP Enterprise Applications across global markets.
  • Be responsible for leading a team in providing end-to-end Finance Transformation services; in the areas of Technology Strategy, Enterprise & Solution Architecture, IT Business & Operations Management, Cloud Solution Delivery, and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage implementation vendors, align the project priorities, and drive towards the successful implementations and transformation initiatives
  • Drive efficiency through other business initiatives, involved in decision making with leadership team
  • Review policies and procedures to identify areas of improvement to drive operational excellence
  • Provide guidance to develop documentation and training modules to be rolled out globally
  • Partnering with Head of Finance, Head of IT, and Program Management Teams for decision making on internal control matters
  • Lead and act as an exemplary role model for leaders at all levels, whilst continuously promoting a sense of loyalty and energizes others to act.
  • Build and sustain a high performance culture by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths.
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, clients and project teams.
  • Manage the sustainable development of a strong pipeline of talent for current and future success, by driving a talent experience that differentiates OCBC.
  • Lead behavioral and cultural change through a supportive, collaborative and highly inclusive environment where team members feels supported, respected and engaged


Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor Degree and at least 15 years working experience as a ERP Consulting professional and Project/Program Management background
  • Hands on experience with end to end implementation of ERP Transformations will be key
  • Able to work independently, able to multitask and prioritize timelines, possess good problem solving skills
  • Business process competencies and knowledge of ERP system modules in one or more of the following focus areas: Financials, Procurement, Planning & Budgeting, Consolidation, and Finance Reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrate collaborative working style, proactive to see improvements and innovation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status.
  • Implementation experience in the following areas:
    • IT Strategy: IT strategy development, IT governance, IT operating model, and enterprise architecture
    • IT Transformation: IT sourcing, program and project management, Agile Delivery Methods and DevOps
    • IT Operations: IT service management, IT shared services, IT financial management
    • IT Optimization: IT cost reduction, IT Merger & Acquisition
  • Be self-motivated, and able to work under stressful situations with changing priorities.
  • Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
