Reporting directly to Head of Account Manager, you will be managing your own sets of SME / MNC accounts:
- Understand and stay up to date on each client's business situation, strategy and HR, risk and finance need and upsell/cross-sell relevant solutions
- Manage Client's accounts by providing renewal review, lead negotiations and providing RFP expertise, technical knowledge and advisory, market knowledge etc.
- Support the Head of Account Manager with client initiatives and drive strategic engagement with clients
- Develop and maintain good relationship with the clients and understand their needs for employee benefits and ensure placement with clients' selected insurer/ program
- Work on issues and develop conclusions to execute solutions that impact clients
Requirement
- Degree in any relevant discipline, plus minimum regulatory requirements for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS. - BCP, CGI, PGI, HI, ComGI, M5, M9, M9A
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Health and Employee Benefits renewal process
- Client management experience, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
- Experience in broking, working with clients, and product knowledge is required.
- Good skills on Microsoft office applications
This is NOT A HR role. Given the nature of role only Experienced Account Manager within Health and Benefits Insurance space will be shortlisted.
