Enterprise Level Site Reliability Engineer - Leading Buyside Firm in Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Take an engineering-first approach to automate the monitoring, deployment, and operation process utilizing tools and services, covering monitoring, reporting, and deployment
• Support the front office trading desks, identify and troubleshoot issues, and drive their resolution.
• Work with traders, quants, and other internal teams to reduce risk 

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (i.e. Python, Java, Go, etc.)
• Strong relational database and Linux knowledge, not limited to job scheduling, troubleshooting processes, and machine configurations.
• Supporting a low-latency trading environment is preferred
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• A self-starter who demonstrates strong ownership and takes a deep-diving approach
• Analytical mentality who takes a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Highly collaborative and works well within a team
• Works effectively in a lean agile framework
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
