Executive Director - Personal Loans (MNC Bank, Urgent)

Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Develop and implement the bank's overall strategy for personal loans & credit cards. Work with country leads/other leaders to implement tactics that address each country's specific objectives. 
• Analytics: Use key data points and present to top management actionable strategies, budgets, overall strategy & direction, business case reviews, to ensure the bank strengthens its foothold in the market.
• Stakeholder management: Dedicate his/her expertise, time & effort in positively influencing the countries he/she covers.
• Risk Management: A at the same time ensure that all relevant risk management/compliance/governance/regulatory policies are adhered to by all business units. 

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience the banking space, with 7+ years in unsecured/personal loans/consumer loans. 
• Strong relationship management & internal stakeholder management skills. The ability to influence without direct line authority.
• Analytics: Previous experience developing business strategies, looking at analytics & other important information to steer the team forward. 

Education Requirements:
Degree/Post Graduate/MBA
