I am hiring multiple headcounts across Assistant Manager, Manager and Senior Manager positions to join my clients' Enterprise Risk Management teams and support their evolving business needs.
You will be the key business partner and subject matter expert in the identification and mitigation of risks, with key responsibilities including conducting business compliance reviews, identification of potential risks and control weaknesses, developing and implementing corrective action plans, working with risk owners to review their risks and controls, coordinating/leading the CSA (Control Self Assessment) exercises, and assisting/driving GRC implementation.
Specific to the Assistant Manager hire, you will also be responsible for administering the CSA exercises and collaborating with business control owners and IT to develop and implement SAP system controls and processes.
As the organization expands and evolves with the changing consumer landscape, you will be involved in special projects in support of growth initiatives e.g. supporting system/process enhancement initiatives.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in risk assurance and/or operational risk management. Prior experience in SAP is essential for this hire. Candidates with more than 8 years of relevant experience may be profiled as a Senior Manager.
Prior background in industrial sectors (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, logistics, aviation, aerospace, etc.) and prior experience using data analytics (i.e. dashboarding, predictive analysis) would be advantageous.
