FP&A Manager, European company

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual financial budget and cash flow forecast. Monitor and compare financial results to ensure budget is achieved wherever possible. Review and revise budget if needed.
• Perform ratios, sales margin and cost variance analysis to identify areas for cost cutting, recommend and implement courses of actions to improve company’s profitability.
• Analyse financial information to support strategic planning, product development, potential acquisition & sales.
• Establish and review product/process costing use as basis for price negotiation with customers.
• Develop capex budget and business case analysis for new capex projects. Monitor capex spending against budget.
• Ensure inventory records are captured accurately in ERP system. Perform inventory analysis to work towards improving stock turns and reducing holding cost.
• Coordinate the submission of regular financial reporting by regional affiliates, extracting information from ERP systems for management reporting and analysis.   
• Monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting to business units and senior management.
• Support on ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years working experience in a medium-sized corporation in charge of related activities
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Finance experience in manufacturing environment is a big plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with management and the business
• Competence in cross-functional and cross-border coordination
