Key responsibilities:
- Work with external service providers to prepare and review balance sheet reports, monthly profit and loss reports
- Work with senior team members to manage budgeting, cash flow etc
- Manage audit and statutory reports
- Prepare and coordinate investor reports, capital call etc
- Record and monitor investment activities, collect and analysis data from investee companies and update into system
- Prepare and manage corporate tax, GST etc
- Assist in investor compliance, FATCA/ CRS reporting
- Assist in other Finance and Ops duties when necessary
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other accounting qualification
- At least 3 years of Audit / Fund Administration / Buyside experience with exposure to Venture Capital or Private Equity Funds
- Detailed-oriented, motivated, good analytical skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Those with interests in renewable energy industry or environment sustainability is an advantage
