Front Office Business Analyst (Financial Markets)

A global financial institution is seeking an experienced Front Office Business Analyst. You will be part of an exciting transformation initiative to influence customer experience and shape technology innovation.
Responsibilities

• Perform business requirements analysis and translating them to functional specifications, documenting user stories with clear acceptance criteria and process mapping
  
• Work with Scrum team, Solution Architects and Commercial stakeholders to deliver requirements and drive sprints
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Masters in Finance, Technology or equivalent
  
• Experience working in financial services and/or consulting
  
• Front-to-back knowledge of Fixed Income Products and multi-technology solutions
  
• Knowledgeable in Trading platforms (Portfolio Management, Order Management, Execution Management), applications, microservice API
  
• Hands-on experience in applying Design Thinking principles to creating UI/UX screen mockup
  
• Customer-focused, analytical with good communication and stakeholder management skills
