Job Description
Key responsibilities in fund operations and fund reporting includes:

Performing liquidity projections and monitoring Asia real estate funds
Coordinating capital activities and related reporting
Compliance monitoring of LPA and AIFMD
Liaising with third-party service provider on fund related matters
Attending to investor queries and preparation of quarterly investor reports
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual management reporting

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, CPA/CA professional qualification will be a plus
At-least 5 year of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting
Experience in REIT or PE firm or Audit in FS will be a advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
