Group Financial Controller (B2B Services Sector )

Our client is headquartered in Singapore and have presence globally. They are a market leader in their field. They continue to grow organically and through acquisitions.

This position reports to the CFO. You will be responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting. You will ensure that all finance and accounting records are in accordance with international standards and the region is supported by a robust IT system. Partnering closely with the senior management team, you will strive to achieve the overall objective of sustained profitability and growth in the region. You will also manage the group financial planning and analysis.

You will be responsible for developing high standards of financial reporting within the business. You will also take a lead role in putting in place processes and controls to facilitate the business growth in the region.

This role will be leading initiatives relating to finance transformation and be involved in cross functional projects.

Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA/CA, with at least 15 years' relevant experience, and recent years in a senior management position. You have proven track record regional finance experience with progressive multinationals.

You are analytical and possess a keen commercial acumen. You are IT savvy and some hands-on exposure in an ERP system is ideal. A proactive and hands-on leader, you possess a can-do' attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for the success of this role.
