Our client is a leading US Software Company with a strong and growing reputation in Asia. With more growth imminent, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre regional HR professional, to be based in their Singapore operation.
Reporting directly to a senior HR Leader, you will provide HR advisory support across their ASEAN business. Your focus will be to develop existing Human Resources practices as well as to implement new initiatives. Your role will be a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of advisory activities across the full HR employee life cycle and together with the established COE function, will include recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training & development, always acting on a consultative basis.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Human Resources and a minimum of 10+ years' experience, ideally working within the technology sector and / or a fast paced, high growth, international industry. A thorough understanding of the full range of HR activities is essential as is the ability to be both strategic and hands on. An energetic, flexible approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
