Recruitment/Business Partnering

  • Takes responsibilities in HR advisory, business partnering, recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Successful hiring of high performing candidates
  • Ensure hiring process and approach is consistently executed

Cost Management
  • Effectively manage recruitment processes to reduce recruitment cost with reliance on posting, CV databases and staff referral
  • Ensure all fees and payments such as referral fees, sign-on bonus, end of contract bonus and placement fees are paid timely and correctly so that there are no adverse financial impacts to the Bank
  • Keep close tracking and management of clawbacks, if any
  • Effective vendor management
  • Work closely with team members to ensure overall cost efficiency and effectiveness

Day-to-day HR Activities
  • Ensure smooth execution of day to day HR activities i.e. on-boarding, cessation, etc.
  • Timely completion of HR documentation and submission to all counter-parties i.e. HRSS, People Services, etc.
  • Execute, manage and follow up on reference checks (esp. discrepancies) to ensure timely escalation and completion within stipulated timeline
  • Keep abreast of latest development and changes on Regulatory guidelines (e.g. Employment Act), HR Policy Guide and other policy guides relevant to the role so as to provide accurate information and advisory
  • Smooth execution of any other day to day HR activities

Performance Management/Compensation Review
  • Clear understanding of goals and performance outcomes
  • Better visibility of talents, strong performers and underperformers
  • Embed matrix organization culture across all locations to ensure proper governance and control
  • Clear roles and accountability: KPIs to be properly documented to reflect functional/regional responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless year-end compensation review process

  • Degree in Human Resource/Business/Banking & Finance
  • 5-8 year of HRBP experience preferably in the financial industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
