Our client is a leading established shipping firm with offices in Singapore and globally. They are seeking an ambitious HR Executive to join their expanding HRBP team based in Singapore. The ideal background of the candidate would be someone who has the full spectrum of HR operations, employee onboarding, HR processes and policies. This person will be working directly with the Head of HR and other team members in order to execute key initiatives across recruiting, setting up SOP’s, enhanced employee engagement and improving performance management tools across all areas of the business.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years in HR or HR procedures, HR Best Practice.
- Degree Qualified with relevant certificate in employee management or as a Human Resources Professional.
- Experience in areas but not limited to equal employment opportunities, strategic HR management and planning .
- Human resources planning and retention.
- Recruitment and understanding of the labour laws in Singapore.
- Work in close contact with the senior management and C-suite on strategy and ground execution.
