Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Specialist, HR Risk & Compliance (Associate Director)
Focus: • Key subject matter expert/ main point of contact for all issues relating to the Employee Conduct Trigger (ECT) and Manager Conduct Trigger (MCT) programmes
Office Location: CBD
The Talent
At least 5 - 8 years years of relevant experience
Good knowledge in HR Risk, Culture and Conduct related policies and best practices
Prior experience supporting executive level Committees with employee risk assessment frameworks and associated discipline and compensation impact outcomes
Has a strong interest with insights and guidance by Financial Regulators (MAS/HKMA) on HR areas such as Risk management relating to Conduct and Third –Party vendors/services
The Job
Support with maintenance, communications & full execution of standards & strategies on Bank’s Risk Management Programme (e.g. Employee Conduct Trigger and Manager Conduct Trigger) and associated reporting
Key subject matter expert/ main point of contact for all issues relating to the Employee Conduct Trigger (ECT) and Manager Conduct Trigger (MCT) programmes
Support with the secretariat role for Culture & Conduct committees such as ECT/MCT Committee, Culture & Conduct Steering Committee and Disciplinary Inquiry Committee
Support and liaise with various stakeholders relating to regulatory guidance reviews such as performing gap analysis and embedding action points into BAU process.
Support with HR related investigations
Support with Third-party Risk Management (TPRM)
Assist with the review of the Bank culture and conduct related policies (including Code of Conduct) and ensuring all HR policies & procedures are maintained & updated regularly
