Heading the entire group Retail Banking Personal Financial Services establishment, you will manage the following:
· Oversee the bank’s strategic Technology & Operations initiatives and programs specific to Group Retail's banking, cards, secured and unsecured loans platforms and capabilities.
· Program management, Change management, undertake scoping and evaluation of new initiatives, defining overall considerations, and provide recommendation.
· Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all new business demands requiring technology or operations enablement and solution.
· Stakeholder management, prioritizing business requests and co-create Business Roadmap with business segments.
