You will be responsible for
Client coverage: Financial Sponsors (including Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Credit Funds) and Real Estate lending. Facilitated client due diligence meetings and regularly attended client events with the relationship team.
Capital Fund Finance: Structured & executed fund finance transactions for global clients across various strategies (CRE, PE, Credit, Infra) including subscription, GP, NAV, Hybrid & back-leverage facilities
Sponsor Coverage: Origination of M&A and financing solutions to support value creation for sponsor owned companies
You should have:
- Working knowledge of fund financing for private equity, debt, real estate and infrastructure funds.
- Working knowledge of subscription facilities and other Hybrid and NAV facilities, with a focus on sustainability
- Working knowledge of credit, tax and legal documentation framework
- In-depth financial modelling, due diligence, credit analysis & risk assessment to derive principal underwriting / distribution views
You should be able to do: Transaction management: Drafting of legal documentation, ongoing amendments & assist with credit distribution initiatives
Portfolio monitoring & management of revenues & RWA deployed to Sponsors / Sponsor owned companies
