Our client is one of the leading insurers in Europe with presence in more than 60 countries. We are retained by our client in recruiting, dynamic, result-driven and intrapreneurial talents for their newly established business across different locations in Asia. Based in Singapore, you would lead and manage the organization’s Channel and Partnership programme.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead organization’s channel partnership program by proactively identifying, on boarding and engaging with partners
- Develop new strategic partners and channels to enhance sustainable revenue and brand reach
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new partners and manage the partnership contracts
- Keep abreast with market, conduct market and product research to identify new avenues
- Define both short term as well as long term partnership strategies, budget, and goals to meet the set business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns and events plans to drive consistent pipeline for channel leads
- Plan and define partner incentive programs that drive loyalty and increase sales volume
- Work in close collaboration with sales and channel partners to maintain high level of motivation
- Ensure clear communication with partners to avoid channel conflict
- Continuously evaluate and improve effectiveness of partner program
- Define detailed business requirements, product specifications and product roadmap for partnership
- Identify gaps, resolve issues, and share best practices across Asia Pacific Region and with other regions
- Coordinate with global account tenders across Asia Pacific Region, and, as and when required, participate in new prospect pitch meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of sales operations experience ideally within insurance, fintech, data organisation
- Experience of working with a MNC/international corporate environment
- Excellent Data management and Consultative Sales skills
- Experience in information sales and knowledge of information products in the market
- A multitasking professional with a demonstrated track record of high-quality task delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management with ability to work in a team environment
- Effective communication with proven leadership and people management skill
