Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing marketing opportunities and implementing sales plans for the region
Lead and drive key business strategies to increase product portfolio
Analyze budgets and ensure that the sales & marketing team can achieve set goals
Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients
Develop sales policies that reflect the organizations' goals

Job Requirements:

Minimally 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for the personal care / beauty industry preferred
Experience in management and leading a team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Track record of exceeding commercial targets & objectives
