Head of Technology Finance

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for an ambitious and driven finance individual with an in depth understanding of tech infrastructure to join their team. As the Head of Technology Finance, you will be responsible for the cost management and financial control of the group wide technology infrastructure which is integral to the organisations strategy and success. This is a high profile role, working in a very dynamic environment and would involve being a part of the global finance leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership, oversight and control for the technology framework
- Accountability for accuracy and performance of P&L and balance sheet management for the technology division
- Evaluate governance, operations and information systems for integrity as well as developing internal controls in partnership with the business stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring of both onshore and offshore teams
- Lead finance activities and drive business realignment and change initiatives
A successful applicant must have:
- 15 years+ experience within technology finance with an in depth understanding of technology cost accounting
- Extensive people management experience ideally both onshore and offshore
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen with experience in presenting to the board and senior management
- Relevant Tertiary degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, Certified Internal Audit or equivalent
