IAM Lead

Position: IAM Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will report to the head of Security Defence and Response, Information Security. Leading a team with members located onshore and offshore locations
• Deliver access and privilege access management functions in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements (Service Level Agreement, SLA)
• Resource management to deliver access management service and solutions
• Subject matter expert for role-based access control design and assignment in accordance to security best practices
• Support and investigate access related incident
• Manage audits and inspections
• Manage vendors to review deliverables and performance measurement
• Involve in improvement initiatives such as process simplification, process and technology enhancement
• Deliver periodic access certification

Experience Required:

• 8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years in Information Security and relevant experience in Identity Access Management
• Strong background in information security policies, principles, and MAS technology guidelines such as Cyber Hygiene, Outsourcing guidelines, etc
• Good understanding of security technologies such as 2FA, Active Directory, IAM/PAM, least privilege, etc.
• Experience as team lead or equivalent
• Strong communication and presentation skills to wide and diverse audiences
• Certification in CISSP, CISM or CISA
