We Offer
As a part of role, your responsibilities include:

• Conduct and facilitate requirement elicitation process with users in business functions
• Ensure timely requirement backlog grooming, support prioritization and estimation of features and user-stories
• Documentation and review of functional specification (FSD) and support solution designing
• Responsible for adherence to CS standards and follow the software development life cycle
• Be a single point of contact related to requirements and users engagement supporting scrum master, developers and testers
• Create acceptance criteria's, support solution validation and user demo. Ensure functional gaps understood, prioritized and addressed to meet user expectation
• Understanding, validating and communicating functional changes to a wider project group in order to cultivate change
• Document changes by owning or contributing to project artifacts such as FSD, QA (Quality Assurance) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans
• Educating Business, IT and QA teams on the functional nature of change, the wider implications of proposed changes to existing processes and procedures and providing a coherent assessment of changes to the nonfunctional aspect to the platform
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware and IT processes
• Partner through regular liaisons with Business, QA, Developers, Cross departmental leads, CISO, Risk IT to provide input and support project progress
• Provide and comply with all audits, regulatory commitment on a timely fashion
• Guide and coach junior team members to grow talent and build capability of the team.

Your future colleagues

The candidate will be working with the Global Payments Services IT team contributing to the deliverables in Payments Control & Enhancement Program (PCEP). The candidate will also be a member of the business analysis team in Asia Pacific region and globally, working closely with counterparts to ensure consistency and increased efficiency to the business.
