Reporting to APAC's Head of Operations, you will join Delta Capita's Singapore-based Operations team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT function within the company. This is a great opportunity if you have an interest in technology and thrive in a fast-paced and exciting working environment.

Essential Function / Responsibilities:

  • Provides IT Support/Helpdesk functions to offices for the organisation’s standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions
  • Provides business hours on-site support for hardware, software and network connectivity issues
  • Procures, supports, installs & configures Office 365 and PCs as per staff onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Liaises with the third-party vendors who currently supply outsourced IT services, and builds relationships with new vendors as the business grows
  • Understands the mandate & strategic direction of end-user desktop & mobility services and takes ownership
  • Contributes to the creation & maintenance of IT policies mandated by client obligations (contractual or otherwise)
  • Assists with the development of the corporate website, social media & digital marketing assets

Job requirements

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in an IT service desk/support-related role with particular expertise in Microsoft development tool INTUNE
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Good organisational, communication and internal service skills

  • Microsoft Office 365 Support, Microsoft INTUNE, End-User PC Support & Configuration, End-User Onboarding / Offboarding, Third-Party IT Vendor Relationship Management
