RESPONSIBILITIES:
This incumbent will periodically conduct reviews/checks to ensure execution of compliance to process and standards, you will be responsible in providing reports or updates on regular basis to keep management informed of state of health of compliance and progress of compliance efforts
You will also take ownership in to ensure the group and subsidiaries meet compliance standards and operating efficiency and develop a framework to ensure compliance and periodic reporting to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for the role, you fulfil the following;
- Degree in Accounting, Law, Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent
- Min. 8 years in IT Audit/Technology Risk/Control works in the financial services industry
- Firm grasp of IT Operations and Infrastructure functions will be advantageous
- Good verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated expertise in risk and compliance management within an IT organization
