Immigration Coordinator (Migration Sector)

Responsibilities: 

• Research, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and letters
• Prepare and submit accurate immigration applications and related documents
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all processed information
• Support the sales team and assist in after-sales service
• Understand the latest immigration project news and policies
• Understand the rules and regulations of immigration programs in different countries
• Ensure that the input data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Other temporary tasks

Requirements: 

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to research, analyse, and present materials clearly and concisely
• Flexible and adaptable, able to balance a range of tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently
• Must be bilingual, proficient in other languages is preferred
