Our client is a global family office with presence across key geographies. They pride themselves on excellent employee opportunities and welfare, and a diverse culture. In line with their expansion plans in Asia, they are seeking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join them.
Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure that investments and product data are accurate and updated in the system
- Assisting to review performance reporting and investment systems
- Reviewing and investigating data exceptions
- Constantly evaluating processes to identify potential areas of workflow enhancement and improvement
- Built a strong understanding of the technological capabilities and infrastructure to be able to work closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic track record
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services or Technology industry
- Mandatory to have strong knowledge in SQL, Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA will be advantageous
- Analytical, pro-active, strong at problem solving and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
