Investor Relation Associate - Venture Capital

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of investor relations strategies and initiatives
• Support senior IR team members in managing relationships with existing and potential investors
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and market trends
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other communication materials
• Coordinate and organize investor meetings, roadshows, and other IR events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor databases and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in the venture capital industry and understanding of investment concepts.
• Excellent project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimum supervision
• Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in the IR field
