Administer and maintain the JIRA instance including installation configuration and regular updates to the latest version.
Manage user accounts permissions and access levels collaborating with various teams to set up appropriate user groups and project roles.
Design create and maintain custom Dashboards workflows issue types and fields to match project processes and requirements.
Oversee integrations between JIRA and other tools like.
Confluence third party apps Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Configure and maintain projects boards and filters to support different teams’ workflows and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any bottlenecks or performance issues.
Scale the system as needed to accommodate increasing demand and usage Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
Set up and maintain a robust backup and recovery strategy to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Provide training and support to end users and team members including best practices tips and tricks for using JIRA effectively.
Investigate and resolve complex issues related to JIRA functionality integrations and data integrity.
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
Manage the deployment of JIRA changes updates and new features while minimizing disruptions to ongoing projects.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams’ stakeholders and vendors to understand requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
