Capgemini Singapore is looking for Jira Administrator for one of its Banking Client
- Administer and maintain the JIRA instance including installation configuration and regular updates to the latest version.
- Manage user accounts permissions and access levels collaborating with various teams to set up appropriate user groups and project roles.
- Design create and maintain custom Dashboards workflows issue types and fields to match project processes and requirements.
- Oversee integrations between JIRA and other tools like.
- Confluence third party apps Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Configure and maintain projects boards and filters to support different teams’ workflows and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any bottlenecks or performance issues.
- Scale the system as needed to accommodate increasing demand and usage Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Set up and maintain a robust backup and recovery strategy to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Provide training and support to end users and team members including best practices tips and tricks for using JIRA effectively.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to JIRA functionality integrations and data integrity.
- Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Manage the deployment of JIRA changes updates and new features while minimizing disruptions to ongoing projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams’ stakeholders and vendors to understand requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
