Title: L2 Application Support
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/2 technical support and incident response for all applications used by wealth management team
- Production BAU health checks for applications to ensure high performance and availability
- Ensure incidents/tickets are resolved in a timely manner and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in business continuity planning and exercises
- Participate/support in regional and/or global projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in related field with minimum 5 years of application support in Banking or financial services
- ITIL v3 or otherqualifications with Java, Oracle, Unix/Linux, Sybase technologies
- Basic financial understanding in FIX protocols and workflows
- Able to remotely support weekend/night standby hours.
Essential technical skills:
- Experienced in both banking / financial services supporting large applications
- Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience in Unix/Linux, Oracle/Sybase, Java technologies
- Minimum 3 years experience in production support roles within banks/bsfi
- Experienced in supporting Wealth Management systems
- Experience in disaster recovery planning and test execution
