Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for Loan Agency Specialist to join their team.
Your new role
This role involves reviewing facility documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and templates. It includes collaborating with the business and legal counsel, identifying onboarding requirements, and managing the deal closing process. Responsibilities extend to coordinating loan closing and primary syndication, deal setup and ongoing management, and handling non-operational aspects such as amendments and waivers. The position also entails proactive management of day-to-day activities, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused product through collaboration with offshore support teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within Loan Agency, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Agent's role and the Syndicated Loan Market.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to comprehend and interpret credit agreements effectively.
- Exhibit a working proficiency with LoanIQ
