Responsibilities
The role involves business engagement, program management, software engineering, service and risk management, and team leadership. It involves working closely with stakeholders to define technology strategy, manage multiple projects, and adhere to architectural standards. The role also involves managing ITIL processes, security processes, and risk management. The individual also leads diverse teams and owns the talent agenda for the Operation and technology function.
Requirements
The candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in developing and managing enterprise systems, managing technology functions in regulated industries, and having hands-on experience in software engineering, Agile methodologies, and ITIL frameworks. They should also have experience in the Consumer Financial Services domain, strong communication, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
