Our client is a service provider to fund management companies. A Series F company, backed by credible global investors, they have set up an office in Singapore. This is a right time to appoint a passionate and driven individual to lead the Singapore office for their SEA expansion.

Grow the business in SEA through

  • Establish leading market position and drive Corporations and Investor Services revenue growth
  • Scale the Sales, Channel, and Delivery teams non-linearly
  • Grow the private capital client base for the company 

Daily tasks:

  • Lead analysis of business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to the leadership for decision making and investment
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and link strategy to operations by partnering with key business partners including Marketing, Sales, Channel, Delivery (onboarding, customer support, Fund Admin / Valuation, etc.) and Finance
  • Work with our Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations teams to:

○    Establish the metrics and visibility to understand the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close and account development

○    Lead executive-level analyses and recurring reports/dashboards (e.g. KPI progress, pipeline analysis, board materials)

○    Enhance underlying systems and processes that enable scalable revenue growth and data gathering throughout the GTM process, including RFPs, deal desk and contracting, revenue systems, and cross-functional handoffs and touchpoints

○    Develop our Sales Enablement function, responsible for enhancing sales performance by improving productivity and efficiency

About you:

  • 10-15+ years sales strategy and operations, corporate strategy, consulting, or other relevant operating roles, ideally with startup experience, and 8+ years as a people manager
  • Strong relationships VC ecosystem, with a focus on VC funds and venture-backed companies n SEA
  • Data-driven in all your decisions, big and small, with a strong inclination to dig one level deeper
  • Scalability-minded with an eye for process and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Problem solving skills: Dissect complex problems, perform deep analytics, derive business insights and develop solutions
  • Experience with Revenue systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and data tools such as Looker and Excel
