Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day IT infrastructure and system support in a highly dynamic and demanding trading environment
- Participate in UAT testing for fixes and projects relating securities trading systems
- Manage all incoming enquiries and system issues reported and perform investigations to resolve them
- Engage various stakeholders such as IT, Vendors and Trading Representatives and other OCBC entities for timely resolution of issues
- Be familiar with OSPL trading systems to effectively communicate User Requirements to IT and Vendors
- Coordinate between respective departments for clearance of vendor agreements
- Prepare information requested by Foreign Brokers, Exchanges, Auditors and other Regulatory bodies
- Liaison for both internal and external IT audits, and ensure compliance to regulatory and system procedures
- Assist to perform Outsourcing Review of Outsourced Vendors on an annual basis
- Ensure timely payment to Vendors and charge-back to OCBC related entities
- Organize vendor and system related training sessions
- Prepare system reports and slides for management reporting or meetings
- Support other BAU activities of the department

- Degree holder or above, preferably with a major in Business, Finance IT or Computer Science
- Some knowledge of the securities business would be preferred
