About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Singapore
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent role

As a Manager, KYC Client Solutions, you will be responsible to support the BAU activities for Onboarding and Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) compliance reviews that meets and exceeds regulatory expectations in AML KYC and other areas relevant to today’s heightened regulatory climate. You will provide support to fellow analysts, ensuring production objectives and performance standards are met in compliance with both Local and Global Policy. Your role will also play a key part in the overall strategic direction of the Bank and work on high priority initiatives in a rapidly growing business by collaborating with Compliance, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Solution Teams.

Part of your role is to provide lead support to the Onboarding and OCDD Team, while still performing Maker & Checker tasks as per BAU. Onboarding and OCDD of Client KYC Records in country to global & local addendums. Ensure the KYC review files are risk and audit compliant. You will liaise with clients to obtain and verifying client data, reviewing client files in order to identify and remove dormant accounts. You will ensure data integrity of the Customer profiles on the Onboarding platform and enable clients to the banking activity.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
  • A proven track record in banking operations environment with regulatory compliance, AML KYC including quality assurance experience across all policies, Risk Levels (Extreme, High, Medium & Low) & all client types (i.e. Trusts, Charities, Foundations, Commercial, Corporate, Private, Banks, Financial Institutions, Govt., Listed, Regulated)
  • SME experience in a production environment with KYC Onboarding and Periodic Reviews
  • Good understanding of KYC systems
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment with KPIs, SLAs, Quality Controls Framework adherence is a requisite
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and numerical skills. Detail oriented, good work ethic and strong controls mindset
