Description
Overview of Role
The Manager Client Services is dedicated to supporting our new and existing customers to ensure they receive the maximum benefit of their Traiana services. The Associate will own the production configuration required to operate these services including all aspects of product and static data configuration as well as routine and ongoing maintenance activities. The role requires working directly with Osttra Traiana's customers as well as internal project, client services, and development teams. This is a client-facing role; as such, the ideal candidate works well under pressure while keeping client needs paramount.

Tasks & Duties
  • Manage the onboarding queue for new requests as well as follow-up on open onboarding cases
  • Perform extensive analysis of complex customer de-bugging requests and discuss with the client as well as internal team members
  • Meet customer requirements by understanding end-to-end capabilities of Traiana's products and making the best configuration and integration design choices
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of new products and services as they hit the market
  • Understand and maintain client-specific implementation details
  • Support customer go-lives by responding to client and third-party calls as well as trade testing
  • Provide level 2 support on production issues raised by the Harmony participants and their clients through the Traiana Client Services team
  • Provide support including solution design, hands-on onboarding and product configuration to project teams that are bringing new or existing customers live on new or additional Harmony services

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5 years of experience as an Manager Client Services
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or Computer Science preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry is required
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite and Windows OS
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as savvy dealing in client-facing situations with personnel of various levels
  • Experience with XML or similar messaging format
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of the foreign exchange market and understanding of the prime brokerage space is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated time management skills including ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through on issues
  • Ability to work both independently and within cross-departmental teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure to handle urgent requests and resolve critical issues
  • Japanese (preferred but not compulsory)
