New Business Specialist, Insurance

Responsibilities: 

• Handle policy documents for new business of life policy within the company and insurer standard
• Provide intensive policy follow-up service to the designated clients in a timely and appropriate manner 
• Liaising with insurers on pending items 
• Update and maintain accurate data for clients database system
• Assisting sales team to provide accurate sales illustration
• Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company

Requirements:  

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration or other related discipline 
• Holder of California Life Insurance License is a must
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance is a must
• Self-motivated, organized, meticulous, with analytical and detailed mind;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
