Onshore Business Banking Manager - Account Opening

What you'll do
  1. Acquire new-to-bank corporate clients, onboard them via interactive digital onboarding platforms and grow the business account via different channels
  2. Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures
  3. Actively cross-sell and up-sell the Bank's Beyond Banking products to customers who are ready to benefit from those banking products and services
  4. Identify high-value client for cross-referral to build revenue growth and deposits
  5. Service requests and enquiries on a timely and informed manner
  6. Assist Small & Medium Enterprises on corporate account opening
  7. Always maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulations
  8. Establish and build long term and profitable banking relationships with clients


About You
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcomed to apply, comprehensive training will be provided
