This role will lead a team of 24x7 resolver team supporting various Satellite services. This role will lead a team of 24x7 resolver team supporting various Satellite services. He/she will be responsible for Incident and Crisis management processes to deliver customer support for both maritime and fixed satellite services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To effectively manage the 24x7 operations team handling satellite incidents.
  • To ensure the Incident and Crisis management process are adhered and co-ordinated with major incident management team
  • To update both internal and external stakeholders on the outstanding dockets, KPI status and major incidents for escalation
  • Customers management to handle difficult customers
  • Conduct technical training for staff and customers.
  • Manage repeated incidents and problem management, key learnings shared with team
  • To work with Product development and Engineering team and to feedback potential problems and improvements.
  • To digitalise workflow and processes changes for improving customer touch points and CE

 

 

The ideal candidate should have/ be:

  • Leadership skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years telecoms/satellite industry experience in incident management
  • Technical skills in incident management for Maritime and Fixed satellite Services
  • Skills in Supervisory experience in satellite operations
  • Customer management to handle both internal and external stakeholders
  • Trainer for Satellite services.
