Our client is a market leading professional services firm and seeks a dynamic Operations Manager who is keen to grow and eventually lead teams across APAC. You would be a strong fit if you have covered the following scope of work :
- Data entry relating to transactions into the data management system.
- Responsibility for maintaining data integrity in the data management system.
- Assist with identifying data, administrative and operational issues that are impacting the team, and help ensure these are resolved.
- Ensure all binder and regulatory restrictions are adhered to.
- Prepare analytical data using spreadsheets – utilising both pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Produce reports from the corporate systems for internal and external audiences.
- Assist with various Marketing, IT, and other internal projects, acting as first point of contact.
- Bank account reconciliation and working with the Accounting and Treasury teams to resolve any payment queries.
- General office management.
Required Education / Experience / Skills :
- Degree in Business, Economics or Law (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to use and interpret financial data quickly and effectively.
- Fluent in English. Additional language capabilities would be favourable.
- People management, or proven experience supervising, mentor and motivating less experienced employees and providing on the job training is desirable.
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills (ability to set up and run pivot tables in Excel, ability to run redlines in Word).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence to ask questions to ensure requirements and rationale are understood.
- Proactive – showing initiative when completing tasks by pre-empting issues and proposing solutions to them.
