PE Fund Controller

 Responsibility:

•  Review financial statement of SPVs, holding company and management account for various jurisdiction entities
•  Responsible for daily operation and accounting work and will closely communicate with counterparts
•  Review and ensure accuracy of the projected cashflow, NAVs, IRRs, rebalancing, preferred return and carried interest, quarterly reports prepared
• Assist in preparing analytical or management reports
• Responsible for liaising with local regulators or services providers
• Co-ordinate the annual filing 
• Participate and co-ordinate ad-hoc duties assigned

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related Disciplines (CPA Qualifications or equivalent are preferrable)
• 8 years+ of the relevant gained form sizable PE Asset Management, auditor or fund administrator
• Excellent understanding of the PE / VC Fund workflow and calculation (Capital call, Distribution, Rebalance and Waterfall, etc.) is a MUST.
• Excellent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
