Reporting to the Asia Pacific Data CAO, the PMO Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the APAC FCDO Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO provides oversight of regulatory programs, including APAC FCDO's deliverables as part of the global transformation program.
Excellent communication skills are required to communicate, negotiate, and influence internally, often at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities: - Support oversight of all aspects of regulatory projects/programs under the scope of the PMO, from initiation to project closure
- Establish and support governance and cadence of projects and programs under the scope of the PMO
- Create, maintain and track project plans, track milestones and deliverables to completion and provide challenge to delivery owners on their activity planning and execution performance
- Provide project status reporting, including change control, risk and issue identification escalation and management
- Prepare consolidated status updates/reports for the APAC Data CAO and APAC Federated Chief Data Officer, including monthly updates for inclusion in regional executive communication packs
- Comply with Citi project management policy standards and tooling requirements
- Pro-actively communicate with diverse group of stakeholders on
Required Experience/Skills: - Experience of running or operating at a senior level within a global or regional Project Management Office, (ideally within a Banking or Consulting environment)
- Strong hands-on understanding of project and program management
- Detail oriented and confident to offer challenge to project planning and execution
- A good understanding of Data Management and Data Governance would be ideal
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills; sound judgment and demonstrated leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree required
