PM BA for Data protection program

Role and Responsibilities:

• Define project requirements through interviews, analysis, workshops, and surveys
• Utilize various analysis approaches and methodologies, including impact assessment, risk assessment, value-add analysis, dependency analysis, and transversal function analysis
• Manage projects and initiatives from initiation to closure, adhering to project governance
• Collaborate closely with the data office, business functions, and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, produce documentation, and ensure timely project delivery
• Align project objectives, budget, and timeline with the Data Protection Division Manager
• Escalate risks and issues to the Division Manager and work towards their resolution
• Coordinate project delivery timeline, establish committees, and facilitate transversal coordination
• Ensure compliance with external data regulatory requirements and internal policies

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the banking industry, specifically in the areas of Data, Transformation, or Process domains
• Strong command of Excel VBA/Macros is preferred
• Proficiency in analysis approaches and methodologies
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• CIPT/CIPM certification is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts
• Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong desire to work collaboratively and support the project team
• Strong synthesis and coordination skills, with a focus on effective communication to management and stakeholders
• Critical thinking abilities
• Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of agile way of working
