Job Description

Chapter Leads enable individuals to realize and develop their personal and professional potential. They foster a nurturing, inspiring and productive culture and work environment. Chapter Leads support and mentor Team members. They are energetic leaders with a passion for coaching and developing people. They will directly oversee members of a Chapter as their Line Manager. They help the members of the Chapter to grow and develop in their area of expertise and ensure alignment on the "how" of the work they perform in their Teams. They are committed to maintaining and developing the expertise and knowledge of members of their Chapter. Chapter Leads ensure the latest thinking is brought to their Chapters, and they help to empower others with that knowledge to spread it throughout the organization. They support Division Heads and other stakeholders standardizing best practices across their Chapters and Division in alignment with Agile values.

• Provide people management services (Line Manager responsibilities)

Qualifications

What You Need
  • A background in education, coaching or communications
  • Mindset of a Servant Leader, focusing primarily on growth and well-being of people and the communities in which they belong
  • A curious mind that explores all and every possibility for continuous improvement
  • Cultural awareness and experience working overseas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people and developing talent
  • A track-record working in challenging environments that require teamwork, dedication and motivation
• Ability to think and act conceptually and analytically based on hard and soft data
  • Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations
  • A 'can do' mentality with strong motivational skills to encourage contribution and involvement from others
