People Services – Divisional Support (6 months contract)

This role is part of the People Services - Divisional Support team who will manage the employee life cycle activities including on-boarding, employee screenings, employee declarations, document management and activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers.

What you will do:

Provide HR transactional support services
  • Manage issuance of offer letters including pre-offer reference checks, new joiners' onboarding activities, staff movements/transfers and cessation of employment
  • Create, update and maintain staff data into HRIS system
  • Administer MOM work pass applications and renewals
  • Initiate post employment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports to the respective HR Business Partners
  • Any other duties or projects assigned


Qualifications
What you will bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess strong attention to details
  • Positive working attitude and service mindsets
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines in a team environment
