Platform Engineer

Responsibilites: 

- Responsible for managing the on-prem and cloud-based server fleet

- Tuning and optimization of both the OS and hardware

- Improve the current monitoring stack

Skills and Knowledge Required:

- Expertise in Linux, focussed on automation, systems engineer and performance tuning

- Knowledge of Low latency networking

- Experience with system tuning tools like perf

- Fluency with scripting languages (bash, python)

- Background at an HFT firm focussing on the server hardware and OS

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent
