Portfolio Risk Manager (DeFi) - Fast-Growing Cryptocurrency (HK or Singapore)

My client is a global, fast-growing cryptocurrency company in Hong Kong, with its regional headquarters in Singapore. With its current speedy expansion, the risk department is now urgently looking to hire a Portfolio Risk Manager with focus on DeFi and crypto assets. 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Actively participate and discover new opportunities within the DeFi and crypto asset world to grow the portfolio, and be able to articulate these strategies
• Identify, measure, and manage potential risks within the DeFi portfolio, and constantly oversee crypto balance sheet
• Take ownership of all risk taking activities for the portfolio
• Be in charge of executing crypto related operations, including but not limited to smart contract approvals

Required Skills & Experiences: 

• 2+ years and above experience working within cryptocurrency / digital assets industry
• Solid understanding of DeFi
• Experience in coding/programming language for smart contracts is a plus
• A can-do attitude, passion, sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial spirit to work within cryptocurrency industry
•  Experience in executing or implementing blockchain technology
• Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Excellent leadership, project management and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with different level and various stakeholders
